Chili's

Chili's offers a menu with food in a variety of shapes, sizes and flavors, and values the individuality of its team members. It considers a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace essential for its team, guests and the communities it serves.

Diversity and Inclusion

Chili's team members and guests represent diverse genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, disabilities, religions, ages, cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Its culture welcomes and celebrates these differences while respecting and valuing individual strengths and stories.

Commitment to Racial Justice

As part of its ongoing commitment to racial justice, Chili's continues to:

• Listen to diverse perspectives.
• Educate its teams.
• Identify areas where stronger efforts are needed and take action.

A Lasting Cultural Commitment

Although its current commitment was made during the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement, it includes all races and cultures. This commitment extends beyond a single moment and remains a fundamental part of Chili's culture.
