HCL Tech

HCL Tech (HCLTech) is described by an employee as a workplace that puts its promise to empower lives into practice. The employee’s experience highlights accessibility, inclusion and diversity.

Accessibility and independence

Following an accident, the employee felt supported by HCLTech in continuing to live independently. The entire campus is accessible.

Inclusion and diversity

From the job interview onward, the employee felt included and was never made to feel different. In this employee’s experience, inclusion and diversity are embedded in the company’s identity rather than simply appearing on its corporate agenda.
