Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) is a multilateral development finance institution and a member of the Islamic Development Bank Group.

Established in November 1999, ICD was created to foster economic growth in its member countries by financing private sector projects, promoting entrepreneurship and competitiveness, and encouraging cross-border investments.
