Najm for Insurance Services began its operations by offering a range of core services, including accident assessment, damage evaluation, and insurance claims processing. In 2009, the company expanded its scope to include the review of minor vehicle accidents insured within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Today, Najm provides a comprehensive suite of solutions and services to citizens, residents, and visitors across the Kingdom. The company operates in 40 Saudi cities, supported by a highly trained workforce specialized in accident investigation, loss and damage assessment, compensation handling, claims processing, and other insurance-related services.

At its inception, Najm had 13 insurance companies as shareholders.
